Our Funders and Supporters
We are incredibly grateful for the generous support from our funders and partners. Their contributions make it possible for us to deliver vital financial education to young people in our community.
Dundee City Council
2025-26Dundee City Council has funded Save by the Bell since 2008 and remained our main funder until 2024. We are extremely grateful for their long-standing support in helping us promote financial education in Dundee’s primary schools.
COSLA
2024-26Illegal money lending Unit: COSLA provided vital funding during a period of budget shortfall from Dundee City Council, enabling us to continue delivering financial education in more schools. We are extremely grateful to COSLA for providing unrestricted funding at a crucial time, which helped us navigate a challenging period and sustain our work.
SCOTMID
2025We would like to thank SCOTMID for providing us the grant to purchase a new laptop for use in our financial education programme. This support will help us enhance the delivery of our financial education lessons in schools.
St Katherine’s Fund
2025-26We would like to thank St Katherine’s Fund for providing a grant that enables us to continue our invaluable work delivering financial education in schools, and for recognising the value and impact of our work as a local community-based organisation.
Hillcrest Foundation
2025-26We received funding from Hillcrest Foundation to cover the associated costs of employing a Development Worker for Save by the Bell. This has enabled us to appoint a staff member dedicated to funding and development work, helping to secure the sustainability of the project beyond 2026.
Scotmid Member Choice Awards
2025-26Save by the Bell (SCIO) has been shortlisted for the Scotmid Member Choice Awards. From December onwards, our project will be featured on the Scotmid website, where members can support us by voting in-store using their Scotmid Member card. We are one of six organisations selected across East Scotland, with the opportunity to win up to £5,000 to support our financial education work in schools. We are grateful to Scotmid and its members for this opportunity and their continued support.
Tayside Contracts
2026We would like to thank Tayside Contracts for approving catering for 150 attendees at Save by the Bell’s 20th Anniversary event planned for 2026. This will help us celebrate this important milestone for the organisation.
